Keep cool in summer
Did you know that in summer the temperature in your roof space can reach up to 70°C?
KITELEYS roof ventilation solutions let warm humid air out and cool air in, to make your home more comfortable and more energy efficient – you reduce your reliance on air conditioning and save money.
The benefits of fresh air
When you heat your home, pockets of moisture are produced in your roof space and in and on your walls.
When the outside air is cooler than the air inside your home, condensation forms rapidly in your roof and on outer walls. This build up of moisture leads to mould and mildew growth that can trigger allergies and asthma and compromise the integrity of your building over time.
KITELEYS roof and sub-floor ventilation solutions let moist air out and encourage the circulation of fresh air, keeping your home drier and healthier.

Sub-floor ventilation for your home
Poor ventilation under your floor can lead to poor air quality in your home and breathing problems for you, your family and guests. Over time it can also lead to costly structural damage.
What’s more, termites love travelling through damp ground up into the wood in your home. Sub-floor ventilation and can help.
KITELEYS supply and install Edmonds EcoFan sub-floor ventilators to keep your home or building safe and make it healthier and more comfortable.
EcoFan
This ventilator reduces heat and damp under the floor of your home. In this way, it helps prevent structural damage, removes odours and minimises the growth of mould.
It offers an interchangeable exhaust or inward airflow capability, and when two EcoFans are installed they create a cross flow of air that increases ventilation and improves underfloor air quality – one exhausts stale, damp air, while the other brings in fresh air.
- Sensitive Choice product as endorsed by the National Asthma Council Australia
- Three speed settings, low, medium or high
- Humidity sensors automatically adjust settings
- Ideal for underfloor areas that have limited airflow
- Suitable for use in residential and commercial buildings
