Customer Service & Administration Officer - Cardiff
Our Kiteleys business is looking for a Customer Service and Administration Officer to join the team based in Cardiff, NSW. For more than 50 years, the Kiteleys name has been synonymous in steel roofing. From its foundation in the Shoalhaven area in 1957, it has grown to serve clients ranging from individual homeowners to leading project home builders and industrial and commercial property developers throughout NSW.
Being in a customer-facing role with us, you’ll be managing the day-to-day operations while supporting the team to deliver exceptional outcomes for our customers. You’ll ensure our business plan objectives and targets are continually met.
What Will You Do?
Working with a friendly and inclusive team you will be a key contact for sales and service enquiries, you will:
- provide personalised assistance to customers, handle inquiries and quotes via phone and email
- maintain accurate records for, and update job processes while managing RCTI invoicing within the social housing job management system
- schedule and coordinate reactive works and projects within agreed timeframes
- partner closely with internal stakeholders including trades, commercial, and technical teams to exceed customer expectations
raise Work Orders for production, dispatching orders, freight organisation and invoicing - implement process improvements to provide exceptional support to internal team members

You are a dedicated individual with a willingness to learn and develop yourself, you will also have:
- exceptional customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal
- high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- the ability to influence and build rapport with internal and external stakeholders
- problem-solving skills and ability to liaise with management and relevant teams on a range of matters
- demonstrated computer literacy, with experience in data entry and MS Office

Roofing Tradesperson - Cardiff
We are looking for a Roofing Tradesperson to join the Roofing Team based in Cardiff, NSW. For more than 50 years, the Kiteleys name has been synonymous in steel roofing. From its foundation in the Shoalhaven area in 1957, it has grown to serve clients ranging from individual homeowners to leading project home builders property developers throughout NSW.
Our dedicated and experienced team are responsible for roof plumbing and installation of COLORBOND® roofing materials across the Newcastle, Central Coast and Hunter region. We provide smart solutions in steel for our valued customers across residential projects.
This is a permanent position which means you get paid rain, hail or shine. Company vehicle, fuel card, phone and power tools supplied!
What Will You Do?
You’ll join a specialist team, focussing your attention on supporting roofing installers with flashing and box gutter detailing and installation. You will also assist roofing supervisors in achieving safe, efficient, high quality roof installations.

Roofing Supervisor - Cardiff
Kiteleys business is looking for a Roofing Supervisor to join the team based in Cardiff. For more than 50 years, the Kiteleys name has been synonymous in steel roofing. As a Roofing Supervisor, you’ll be supporting and managing the day-to-day operations, ensuring your team is focused on the delivery of exceptional performance. You’ll ensure our business plan objectives and targets are continually met.

What Will You Do?
As someone who is committed to the safety of their team and delivering on customer expectations you will:
- lead and supervise a small team of Roof Plumbers, Trades Assistants, and Apprentices on allocated projects
- prepare quotes for client jobs, with accurate assessment of material and labour needs
- manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope
- participate in project handovers, ensuring client expectations and key deliverables are achieved
- develop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, sub-contractors
- conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- train and mentor apprentices and junior staff to build team capability
- liaise with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues promptly
More About You
Being a reliable and dedicated individual with a willingness to learn and develop yourself, you will bring:
- trade qualifications including white card
- proven experience in metal roofing systems and roof plumbing
- strong understanding of building codes and safety regulations
- proficiency in using project management tools or software
- ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans
- experience working with residential projects
- a positive attitude and a keen eye for detail
- the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
